How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using our online tracking tool. Simply enter your Landmark Tracking Number (LTN) – Landmark's unique identifier created for every parcel to monitor its full journey. You usually receive the LTN from your merchant; using it here gives you real-time updates on your shipment's status.

What is your policy on lost or damaged packages?

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact your seller. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information, initiate any necessary investigations, and liaise with us if needed.

Can I change my delivery address after my shipment has been sent?

Address changes are possible but are subject to the shipping stage of your package: if the item has already been processed (i.e. has a label), you can no longer request an address change. Please contact our customer service team for further details.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact your seller. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate information, initiate any necessary investigations, and liaise with us if needed.
