Onboarding

At Landmark Global, we follow a tried and tested workflow to make onboarding as easy and straight forward as possible.

A specialist Service Manager coordinates the Landmark Global team to ensure a seamless set-up, launch and early weeks support.

Onboarding typically takes less than 2 weeks, this including an anticipated 1 week for you to access the Landmark Global services via your preferred integration option.

Your Landmark Global sales lead will guide your through the onboarding workflow, as summarised in the checklist below. We’ll jointly agree a test and go-live plan with you.

Within the onboarding, we’ll also introduce you to your dedicated account manager. We want to ensure your team is supported from day 1 and ongoing.
